Yoga Therapy

These therapeutic sessions will guide you step by step on how to align yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Yoga Therapy is 1:1 guidance typically done weekly or bi-weekly with complementary check-ins to inspire and address any concerns. Also an essential application for rehabilitating and strengthening any weak or injured areas of the body. Sessions are completely tailored to your needs with no distractions of a group class.

  • Learn how to balance your energy through holistic ayurvedic principles.
  • Know what it means to move safely in your body while strengthening weak spots.
  • Discover key fundamentals of yoga, breathwork, and meditation.
  • Shift your mindset by learning exercises and the tools to handle stress. 
  • Practice gentle self reflection with journaling to facilitate true transformations.
  • Set yourself up for success by maintaining your productivity on your own!
  • Get motivated and find your focus.

Initial 90 minute assesment is $125.00. Additional therapeutic sessions are $85.
